Out-of-Character
⯌ Backtag
Always!
⯌ Brackets/Prose Default to brackets, but will match.
⯌ Fourthwall Only if you're Deadpool.
⯌ Off Limits / Triggers
Very little. Come at me with anything, I'm usually game. That said? Sylar is a problematic bitch at the best of times and some of his kinks can be a bit out there. (Look when you fondle brains and rewrite your own dna, wires are gonna get crossed). If a thread is veering into Uncomfortable Territory, let me know! I'm always happy to rewrite a tag if requested.

In-Character
⯌ Physical Contact
Prior CR determines his reaction. You might find yourself thrown into the nearest wall via telekinesis, even if he likes you.
⯌ Mental Contact
He will absolutely hate you for it (prior CR determinant) but otherwise has no defenses against telepathy, empathy, etc.
⯌ "Godmodding"
Please don't godmod Sylar. I try to be very, very careful with Sylar's telekinesis, but shoving people into walls is practically a fetish with this boi. It's gonna happen. I'm more than willing to be flexible with multi-verse shenanigans and his powers inexplicably nullified at random intervals.
⯌ Flirt / Hug / Kiss
Prior CR determinant. Typically, Sylar prefers to be the dominant one who initiates things, having weaponized his seduction in prior encounters. However, one needn't be a psych major to notice: Gabriel/Sylar has abandonment issues a mile wide, and secretly craves affection and attention like a needy, desperate child. If you try to seduce him, and are at all good at it? You might find the shy/awkward inexperienced nerd buried within.
⯌ Fight / Injure / Kill
Fight this bitch at any time, but anything past a scuffle might require details hashed out in PM or plurk, especially if he has his cellular regen ability. That comes with certain rules on what will/won't kill him.
